kenaro GmbH collects, stores, and processes data solely for the purpose of conducting its regular business operations.
Our websites are generally available to all users without requiring personal data. Personal data is only collected, processed, and used to the extent necessary to provide our software and services.
For the sale of our software products, we collect data on purchasers (end customers) and distribution partners. As part of the licensing and activation process, we store contact information for each sold license, in particular the customer's name and email address. Corporate customers may provide an anonymous email inbox and company name instead of individual employee details.
We delete license information and associated personal data one year after the license expires, provided it has not been renewed.
We use the contact details provided during license acquisition to send emails regarding: license activation, license deactivation, upcoming expiration reminders, and expiration notices.
Individuals may subscribe to our newsletters. Upon registration, we store personal data (name, email address, and any subscription preferences) to deliver the requested newsletters.

7. Google Analytics
